Testimony: the Prayer Center in Sofia, Bulgaria
By: George Bakalov Published on: 05/07/2017Dear friends of our ministry from around the world! Some of you have been to Bulgaria and have visited our ministry’s base there, some of you haven’t. I saw this building first in a vision on New Years’s Eve in 1994. The Government had just shut down our church in June ’94. By December, from around 1000 members going through our services on Sunday and throughout the week, there were less than 400 of us probably left. No one thought we would have to go through this as a church for FIVE YEARS!
Former Drug Addict & Dealer – Transformed!
By: George Bakalov Published on: 10/03/2016I’d like to take this opportunity and share with you not only this picture, which my friend had just uploaded on Facebook, but also share in brief the story of one of the most amazing people I’ve come to know in the last 2 decades. Meet Peter Peev, who is, amongst other things married to his wife Alisa and together with their five kids are one amazing family. You see, I came to know Peter and Alisa back in the year 1999-2000 when they were coming off many years of drug addiction in Sofia, Bulgaria. At that time I was pastoring the church known today as Breakthrough Christian Center.
